Customer Support Specialist (Voice/Non‑Voice)
Job Responsibilities
Own complex customer interactions across voice, chat and email. Drive first contact resolution, log accurate case notes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remove friction for our customers.
Job Requirements
2+ years in voice or non‑voice customer support/BPO. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus. Comfortable with rotational shifts and 24/7 coverage.
- 2+ years in contact center or BPO (voice/non‑voice) with a track record in customer service
- Hands‑on with Zendesk/Freshdesk/HubSpot/Salesforce; typing speed 35+ WPM; MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency
- Fluent English; Tamil/Hindi a plus; willing to work nights/weekends on rotation

Preferred Qualifications
Strong ownership mindset, proven empathy and problem‑solving skills. Ability to follow SOPs, contribute to playbooks, and consistently meet SLA, AHT and CSAT targets.
- Exposure to QA metrics: CSAT, AHT, FCR and SLA adherence
- Experience in telecom, fintech, e‑commerce or insurance customer support
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays on rotation
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HSC/PUC accepted. Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
